The ninth-grade story was a compelling read hiding in plain sight! Bringing truly fresh eyes to Upper School orientation paid great dividends. And the Alyssa Hwang profile shows how a gifted writer can make even complex technology easy to understand.
These pieces showcase the school's attention to and demonstrated success in student development writ large. The writing is strong and compact. The format of the CHP piece highlights student voices and engages the reader by demanding a different kind of attention and recognition, thereby, of the many ways the project affects very different kinds of students.

Terrific examples of what a school magazine can achieve. The Lost in Lore package was a delight to read, and the profile on the new AD weaves past and present together compellingly.
I especially loved the storytelling piece on the mysteries of the school, embracing the heritage while capturing my imagination and interest. The use of a central theme in each article pulls the reader in and then explores each theme with originality and a clear intention. Well done!

Linking past, present, and future is skillfully achieved in these excellent and informative pieces. They drew me in immediately and kept me engaged throughout, achieving multiple objectives in a layered, multi-perspective approach. Well done!
Compelling in their focus on how these storied alums bring something back to current students.
