Q: Creating a Cohesive Google Profile for School
Do you have any sources other than Google Help Documents to explain a good way to accurately combine all of a school's Google presence sites (Google My Business, Ad Words, You Tube, Google Classroom, etc.) - especially from a Google Ad Manager profile W/ multiple Google accounts? Previous managers and administrators started some of these Google products in separate accounts that we're trying to combine. The goal is a cohesive web presence on Google sites for each school. If I'm understanding the question correctly, what you want is a single email that has administrative access to all the profiles and allows you to manage sub users as they come and go.
Though it seems as if you're asking to combine the experience in such a way that they feel connected to the end user - school families. I don't see how that's possible when Google Ads and Google My Business don't have a need to be connected from the public's perspective.
I believe the question needs further clarification.

It looks like there could be two ways to read this question, so I'll do my best to answer both.
1. If the question is how to get ownership of multiple Google accounts that are under different email addresses, I would recommend creating a new email address (like google@edempowerment.com) in which multiple users on the team can access. This email should be made the admin of all of your accounts, and that way, no single user has access — and no one will leave you hanging if they leave the team! This would need to be done individually across Google My Business, Google Ads, YouTube, etc. — Once they are all set up, users on your team should easily be able to toggle to the google@ account to access and adjust those profiles with ease. It's the closest thing you'll get to a single hub to access everything, and once it's set up, it will be a game-changer.
2. If the question is about merging multiple accounts, that can get a little more tricky. If you have multiple Google My Business listings that you need to combine, I would recommend heading over to the GMB support center to get that taken care of. If you have multiple Google Ads accounts, there's currently no option that I'm aware of to merge, but you can create an Ads Manager account to link all of these entities under a single email (like what I mentioned in answer 1). As for YouTube, there is not an option for merging multiple channels. My best recommendation would be to take down — or simply mark "private" — the channel with the less videos and/or subscribers, and then make the other channel your main account.
I hope this helps!

The answer is simple and Mia/Kristen (above) gave a good answer in (1). Building on that, there are three parts to making this really effective for managing:
setup a new central Google Admin email account and assign it as Admin to ALL your accounts across schools and the district.
review the old email/google accounts associates and remove or reduce access rights to read-only (so you don’t lose control again)!
bookmark a central website (and make it your default browser start page) with links to all products - so they are just one click away always. I recently tweeted about this - with a quick link to this page - https://schoolbyt.es/Google-Product-List.
In other BREAKING NEWS, Google are testing a new paid Premium version of GMB. Google is starting to offer Google Guaranteed certification for a monthly fee, outside of Local Services Ads. It’s positioned as an “upgraded profile” that will include a badge appearing on the profile and which may also appear in the Local Pack.
